TEACHING METHODS Classes prefer the look oral (spoken), lead to better listening (comprehension) and the optimization of pronunciation (phonetic ).
The teaching methodology includes practical exercises, role-play, simulations of telephone conversations, guided conversations.
PROGRAM
Module 1: Glossary and phraseology typical of welcome

- Talking on the phone - to answer requests for information

Based on the needs of the participants may be considered amendments and additions to the basic program so that we can better meet their expectations. All changes must be agreed in advance with the teacher who can prepare materials specifically for the class.
